Amy has been energizing crowds, in-person and virtually, for years. She drives deeper audience engagement and amplifies messaging by pulling threads together in unique ways.
What do you typically help events with?
Emceeing live on-stage, in-studio, hybrid and virtual events with energy and soul. I help audiences get to the heart of every program and session, inspiring them to connect and take action.
Working with marketing and event planning teams, I collaborate to craft scripting, content, interview questions and engagement activities that drive home the central themes of our events. Creating continuity and cohesion, driving deeper audience engagement and amplifying messaging, my goal is for the audience to come away with deep value, inspired and ready to act.
What's a recent event you've worked on?
I recently hosted the Credit Union Executives Society Director and Dialogue December series, three weekly 2-hour sessions for credit union board members featuring inspirational speakers, Q&A, and networking.
As the virtual event emcee, my role was to serve as the connector, bringing energy and cohesion to the series. Broadcasting live from my professional in-home studio, my feed was managed by the production company with overlay graphics, stingers, and content throughout the program.
I monitored attendee comments and questions and client messages throughout the event while welcoming everyone, encouraging them to interact through chat, letting them know what’s next, introducing the day’s speaker, facilitating audience polls, moderating a fireside chat with each speaker, and tying everything together with a summary of key takeaways that inspire everyone to act on the lessons learned.
What are a few favorite events you've worked on?
"A Mystery to Me” docuseries premiere about three people who live with myasthenia gravis.
“Amy is FANTASTIC! She truly helped bring our virtual conference to the next level by providing a great amount of energy and excitement. She kept our audience engaged through both days of our event. She went above and beyond to make us feel at ease by staying organized and being available for quick changes as the days went on. I would truly recommend Amy to any event organization - for both in-person and virtual events. We'll be hiring her again at our next year's conference. Thanks for everything, Amy!”

Share one tip for a successful event.
My biggest tip as a speaker is simply to make sure you’re on mute or very quiet while on standby waiting to go live.
