Staci recognizes the importance of building relationships. She knows the intent, tone, and goals set by attendees are just as important as making sure the event runs smoothly.
What do you typically help events with?
I design and host/facilitate experiential training, meetings, and workshops to support individuals and teams focusing on personal and professional leadership, culture-building and collaboration, and personal growth.
I prioritize tone setting and safety so that all participants can engage deeply, show up as themselves, and build lasting connections. I pride myself in maximizing on the little details of the chat and creating unexpected surprise moments that leave an impact.
From large Career Growth Summits to specialized workshops I work with folks for one-off engagements but especially enjoy designing and delivering cohort-based experiences where people benefit from the extended relationship building and scaffolded learning over time.
