This session gives you the tools and curriculum to teach your students to conduct in front of the ensemble. Group activities with your band, choir, or orchestra will be provided along with literature and examples in each area of music at varying difficulty levels.

Jennifer L. Grice has taught music from Kindergarten through College for the past 22 years. She has received degrees from the University of Northern Colorado (DA); The University of Louisiana at Monroe (2 MM's); and Arizona State University (BME). Before returning to Colorado to attend UNC for grad school, Jennifer was the Director of Education at Conn-Selmer, Inc. working with Dr. Tim Lautzenheiser. She has taken her orchestra, Lafayette High School Chamber Orchestra from Lexington, Kentucky, to perform at The Midwest Band & Orchestra Clinic, Music For All National Orchestra Festival, and KMEA state conference.
