Jeff Cornelius joined Darktrace in February of 2014 as Executive Vice President. His background with large Enterprise Software organizations over the past 18 years lends itself to the needs of an innovative, market-defining organization. Jeff oversees the strategic direction and growth of Darktrace’s Industrial Immune System, tailored specifically for Operational Technologies and Critical Infrastructure Protection. Prior to joining Darktrace, Jeff held executive positions with a number of organizations and taught at the University of Texas and New Mexico State University, where he held adjunct positions in Experimental Psychology (Social Cognition and Perception) and Statistics.

Ian Fitzgerald is a unified enterprise IT/OT expert with 22 years of experience successfully implementing advanced cutting edge technology in the utility sector. Currently focused on large scale IOT and SCADA deployments in a region that brings both weather and terrain challenges, he has successfully implemented complex architectural ideologies to provide a highly reliable and resistant infrastructure, incorporating the early adoption of integrated high/low bandwidth communication, data loss resiliency and artificial intelligence cyber security.
Ian is a subject matter expert in the areas IT/OT integration, IOT deployment, SCADA resiliency, virtualization, database technology, GIS, and the implementation of artificial intelligence across multiple systems and environments. He has sat as a Board of Director for many Utility technology non-profits, and has been a distinguished recipient of many industry awards, including the NRECA Cooperative Innovators Award, GITA’s Excellence in GIS Award, and designated as an Alien with Extraordinary Abilities by US Department of Immigration.
In addition to Mr. Fitzgerald’s successes in real-world deployment of AI, he continues to build on his knowledge and network through education; earing a BA at Simon Fraser in Canada, an MSc with Distinction in Information Systems at Manchester Metropolitan University in England, and is finishing up his Executive MBA at UNR in the United States, first in his class.
