Managing ICS is challenging enough in any business context but what happens if your ICS moves and with it moves very dangerous nuclear materials? What if it moves nationally and trans-nationally? And what if they move through public locations and the threats to them range from protestors to terrorists to pirates to criminals and even to the less capable adversaries? What if even the smallest of events or incidents have the potential to have a very large reputational impact? With an extremely low risk appetite, the challenge for NTS is not insignificant.
