THE POWER OF DREAMS
As creatives and entrepreneurs, one of the underused capabilities is the ability to be able dream. take off the limits of your mind and envision a future for yourself that beats your current reality. This conversation would be had with three creatives who in their different sectors have put in the work whilst always constantly dreaming and looking for opportunities to make their dreams become a reality. The guests from the podcast have recently come to the limelight but this conversation would help people see and understand how your dreams can inspire you, shape your life, and do what makes you come alive.
In this conversation, we would cover,
- How Dreams gives us direction
- How dreams increase our potential
- How dreams help us prioritize
- How dreams predict our future
This conversation is definitely one that we will believe will help listeners see what they can become by chasing their dreams, and how the pursuit of our dreams, that makes the journey worth it. We want to show people and encourage people to let their dreams sit on the shelf. Live them. Breathe them. Be that change you always wanted.
We would also be giving away a dream journal to all listeners on the day to help them begin the process of documenting what Life could become for them.

PRANAYAMA. HARNESSING THE POWER OF YOUR BREATH
Pranayama means breathing techniques. Breathing techniques are very essential in accessing the nervous system.
For people who live in major cities like Lagos, where there’s a need to be on the go to stay active it’s easy to get burnt out. One main reason for this is most people don’t breathe well and deep enough. If we can learn to breathe well enough we begin to have more tools to create mental fortitude.
Let's breathe!

HARNESSING ORIGAMI AS AN EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH
Most African countries devote less than 1 percent of their budget to mental health services in a continent where there is a huge demand for mental health services particularly amongst vulnerable population like women and the youth.
With depression being the most prevalent illness in the world, with over a 100million African suffering from clinical depression, and a whooping 66 million being women, it is obvious that an "easier to access for all" intervention is neccessary to mitigate this epidemic.
Origami, the Japanese art of folding paper is an evidence-based intervention that have long been harnessed by Europe and Asia in what they coined Theragami(Theraputic Origami). A selfcare low cost/ no cost intervention proven to destress, promote Community spirit and give patients and Caregivers expression is essential to improve mental health outcomes
