Shailesh is a Product Leader and Entrepreneur that has built consumer internet products with a particular focus on geo, local, and mobile areas. Currently, he is the Head of Product at Sendbird. Prior to this, Shailesh was the Head of Firebase Growth Products at Google, responsible for developer-facing products that help mobile developers understand user behavior and improve user engagement. In addition, he was the Co-Founder and CEO at Mavin, a company founded with the goal of helping reduce the high cost of mobile internet in emerging markets. Shailesh was responsible for the overall vision, fundraising, sales, and recruiting. Moreover, he earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
