Kelsey got her start working in the non-profit world with organizations such as Teach For America and City Year. She left this role to complete her MBA and pursue leadership training at Harvard. Kelsey began working in the travel industry where she helped create scalable sales, marketing and project management systems which enabled the organization she worked for to expand their brand into a multinational organization.

In 2016 she launched her own business opening two brick and mortar juice bars in Boston. She is passionate about helping startups grow and scale and now provides coaching and guidance to founders and provides scholarships to qualifying startups through her work with the HubSpot For Startups Program.
