Check-in takes place in the lobby of the Berklee Performance Center. If you arrive early, you can participate in an optional campus tour, departing every 10–15 minutes from the Duke Ellington Caf in the Roger H. Brown Jr. Building (160 Massachusetts Avenue), or enjoy coffee, tea, water, and printed admissions materials and handouts in the Caf's campus tour waiting area. Or visit Berklee Books and Music at 1090 Boylston Street and mention the code HELLO22 to receive 10% off the entire purchase of emblematic clothing. Diploma frames and textbooks are excluded.

Once the doors open, guests are welcome to find their seat in the Berklee Performance Center. With the exception of bottled water, food and beverage items, including coffee and leftovers, are not permitted inside of the theater. The Berklee Performance Center does not offer concessions.
