Dan Micciche (Music Director/Conductor) is the current music director/ conductor for the Broadway show WICKED. He has been with the show for 7 years including the national/ international tour. For the first 6 years of living in NYC he started out as an actor on Broadway playing Mary Sunshine in CHICAGO for 2000 performances which ended up doing the Japanese/Thailand and Alaskan companies. Soloist at Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center: Bernstein’s MASS. Recordings: Bernstein’s MASS (Grammy nom 08’). He has also conducted/performed on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Good Morning America, and the 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, as well as Appel Room (Jazz at Lincon Center) Kaufman Center/ 54 Below, and The Russian Tea Room. He has taught masterclasses and workshops at over 35 major Universities and Conservatories, nationally and internationally including London, Italy, Peru, Mexico, and Switzerland. Matthew Lowy is an NYC-based composer, music director, arranger, and pianist. He spent years touring with musicals nationally and internationally, including South Pacific (music supervisor/ orchestrations), An American in Paris (music supervisor/orchestrations), A Chorus Line (U.S.,  Japan, and Shanghai; music director/conductor/orchestrations), and 42nd Street (U.S.; music  director/conductor). Prior to the pandemic, Matt worked as a keyboard sub and rehearsal pianist at Beetlejuice on Broadway, and can’t wait to return when the show reopens soon! For the last twelve summers, he has worked on New Voices at the Paper Mill Playhouse, as a music director,  conductor, arranger, and pianist, variously. Other MD credits include Brigadoon at Montclair  State University (dir. Andréa Burns) and Parade at Kean University (dir. Daniel Kutner), and countless concerts at 54 Below and Green Room 42!  

Matt is currently a composer in the Advanced BMI Lehman Engel Advanced Musical  Theater Workshop, where he received the First Year Jerry Harrigan Musical Theatre Award in  2019. His original musicals have been performed at the New York International Fringe Festival (Fallen Skies, Overall Excellence Award in Music Composition), C.I.C. Theater (How Christmas  Feels), NYTF Winterfest (These Walls; winner, best short), and Sound Bites (These Walls). Matt holds a B.M. in Music Composition from The Boston Conservatory. matthewlowy.com
