Join us for a group mentoring session on emotional intelligence, hosted by the Women Inspiring Leadership Development (WILD) Council and led by top leadership consultant Andrew Wien. 

Want to get better at noticing and managing stress? Or responding thoughtfully rather than reacting emotionally? Or better manage the overwhelm from everything that is happening around us? Then you would be interested in Emotional Intelligence. 

Emotional intelligence is the ability to be aware of one's own emotions and the emotions of others, and use that information to advance one's goals. It is a key skill in fulfillment and resilience, and could not be more helpful right now. Most of the session will be spent in conversation, so come excited to engage with your top questions.

We'll learn how to turn toward, process, and manage strong emotions using tools based in mindfulness and emotional intelligence and backed by neuroscience.

It doesn't matter if you are angry at our government, stressed about finances, impatient from being trapped in your house, or fearful for the safety of loved ones. Managing emotions can be simple and FUN! Just follow the step by step process.
