Kim West
Navigating the Knot, LLC, Founder & CEO, Consultant & Coach

Kim West (JD, MBA) is the founder of a company called Navigating the Knot. She works as a consultant and coach specializing in the marriage and divorce process, which means she provides clients nationwide with clarity and guidance on either end of marriage – from educating them on what they need to know before getting married to advising those approaching, going through, or looking to recover from divorce.

Kim has a law degree from the University of Colorado, comes from a corporate background (having worked for companies like Fitbit and Zayo Group), and started her company after going through a rough divorce herself in order to provide support to others surrounding marriage and divorce. She offers one-on-one coaching services to clients nationwide via phone, Skype, or Zoom video calls.

When she isn't assisting clients, Kim enjoys rock climbing, running, hiking, snowboarding, and mountain biking. She loves to travel, spend time with her dog (a puggle named Clover), and forge new connections.

Jenn Zuko is a faculty member of DU and MSU Denver. She teaches courses in writing; literature; visual, performing, and martial arts; body language and stage combat. She is the author of Stage Combat: Fisticuffs, Stunts, and Swordplay for Theatre and Film, and “I Do My Own Stunts”. She is a fight director and intimacy coordinator for several theatre groups across the Denver metro area, and a body language consultant for the Boulder/Denver business world.

She can be seen performing on stage and in classrooms all over the metro area, and online at Daily Cross-Swords, Your Boulder, and The Deconstruction Workers.

This seminar will provide you with some powerful tools that you’ll be able to put into practice right away. As an attendee, you will be led through a series of gentle, fun exercises that will help you become aware of your own individual physicality and learn how to align the language of your body with the message you want to convey.

What this seminar is NOT: a boilerplate of generalized techniques for everyone. What it IS: a series of simple, practical solutions customized to each individual, helping you learn how to use your physicality as a tool for effective interpersonal communication.
