Pro Bono UX: Boulder UXR Meetup's Successful Strategy for Skilling Up and Giving Back

Since 2019, the Meetup's members have collectively donated approximately $30,000 in time, effort and talent in providing concrete UXR that set partners up for changing and improving their user experiences. This year's partner organizations included Energize Colorado, Colorado Gives, Colorado Uplift, the Colorado Mountain Bike League, and LivedX. Hear our members' main takeaways, including the sheer power of pro bono work: building portfolio pieces for new UXRs, keeping skills fresh for more experienced members, providing ongoing networking opportunities, and truly working towards better user experiences across our communities.
