Join members of the Boulder UX Research Meetup as they share their experiences working on pro bono projects that were designed to "give back" to organizations or nonprofits who aim to do good for our communities. Since 2019, the Meetup's members have collectively donated approximately $30,000 in time, effort and talent in providing concrete UXR that set partners up for changing and improving their user experiences. This year's partner organizations included Energize Colorado, Colorado Gives, Colorado Uplift, the Colorado Mountain Bike League, and LivedX. Hear our members' main takeaways, including the sheer power of pro bono work: building portfolio pieces for new UXRs, keeping skills fresh for more experienced members, providing ongoing networking opportunities, and truly working towards better user experiences across our communities.
