For over twenty years, she has worked client-side and as an advisor to the world's largest consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical and CPG companies. She is passionate about changing the way healthcare is delivered and experienced today.
Prior to LINUS, Kristin built and led the healthcare vertical at a global brand and innovation consultancy. She focused on uncovering insights, guiding strategy and fueling innovation for the world's largest brands - including a variety of life science, digital health, and consumer healthcare companies.
Her love for health and wellness started when she spent nearly six years at Eli Lilly launching five blockbuster drugs while rotating through different roles in the sales and marketing divisions.
Kristin's education is anchored in a foundation of marketing and organizational behavior - receiving her MBA for the University of Colorado and undergraduate degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Robert Niichel is a healthcare entrepreneur and visionary, making a name for himself as the “grandfather of wireless drug delivery.” He is the Founder and CEO of SmartTab a digital medicine company leading the development of wireless ingestible drug delivery technologies to dramatically improve patient outcomes. Niichel hosts a digital health innovation podcast called Who Would Have Thought. He started SmartTab in 2016 as an evolution of his prior startup company, which brought pharmaceutical technologies into the sports nutrition space. Robert Niichel successfully raised capital, launched, and licensed an enterprise CPG company as the founder of ZumXR. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and management with Pharmaceutical Research and Development, he is recognized as one of the leading inventors holding numerous pharma/delivery system patents issued and pending in the US. He is educated with an MS in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado, Boulder. On the weekends, Niichel can be found with his wife and two children in the mountains of Colorado enjoying a variety of outdoor activities.
Ed grew up in the middle-of-nowhere (Hermitage, PA) before leaving home to earn three degrees from Harvard. After his PhD in applied physics, Ed took a short two-year vacation with J.P. Morgan’s algorithmic trading group. Following that, Ed was the CEO of GoodLux Technology, a Boston-based digital health startup that developed bright light therapy products for non-pharmacological treatment of depression. He was also an entrepreneur-in-residence at Meritage Funds in Denver.
Ed serves as the school board chair of GALS Denver, a single-gender, movement-based public charter school. When he's not busy working, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters.
