"Growth Product Management" is exploding as a career path. They're in the same department as traditional PMs, but rather than owning a specific product, the Growth PM is focused on improving a specific business metric (like new activations, engaged users, or new paying customers). These folks run A/B tests to ensure that a maximum number of people make it through whatever stage of the user journey they're focused on.
That means they have a LOT of data-driven knowledge about what works and what doesn't in design.
In this workshop, we'll take a look at various websites and some professional Growth PMs will share feedback on how it could be optimized based on what they've learned. Pending time, we'll also allow the audience to submit their website for a review!
