Carl Izzi
ARSENL, Founder & Managing Director

Carl Izzi is the Founder & Managing Director of ARSENL, a digital media and marketing agency focused on health, wellness and leisure brands. Carl has over 20 years experience in marketing services leadership roles for globally-recognized brands including Jeep, Dodge, Walmart, and Citibank. And in the Cannabis space, Mary’s Nutritionals, Mary’s Medicinals, Haygood Farms, GrowHealthy dispensaries, and more. 

In his current role, Carl plays a hands-on role in driving the growth of ARSENL and in shaping strategy for the agency’s clients including brands and retailers in the Cannabis space. Previous to his current role, Carl was EVP/Chief Digital Officer at Zimmerman, Omnicom’s powerhouse retail agency, and led digital marketing for brands including Office Depot, Party City, White Castle, and AutoNation. Prior to joining Zimmerman, Carl held leadership roles at Detroit-based GlobalHue and Boston-based Digitas. During his tenure at GlobalHue, Carl served in various roles including EVP and lead on the agency’s largest client, Chrysler Group, Founder & President of the company’s digital agency, Energi, and member of the five-person agency operating team. In these roles, Carl drove strategy and integrated campaign development across all of the agency’s key clients. During his tenure, he played a key role in growing the firm’s revenue exponentially and moving the company into the clear leadership position in its category. 

Carl earned a BA from Loyola University and an MBA From Babson College. He speaks English and Spanish and lives in Weston, Florida.

Eric is a media sales professional & leader specializing in interactive, programmatic, mobile, and ad tech with 25 years of CPG & retail experience. Having worked in both start-up environments and some of the most recognizable media and digital companies in the world, Eric founded Good Harvest Co. in 2018 to transition his expertise and help innovate the way cannabis brands reach their desired consumers, and the way non-endemic brands reach cannabis consumers.

In early 2020, Good Harvest Co. was acquired by Surfside, an end-to-end marketing technology that aggregates 1st party data across all customer touchpoints, allowing advertisers the ability to better understand, target and measure how to influence current and future customers.

Eric currently serves as Surfside’s Chief Revenue Officer, looking after all sales and business development areas of the company.

Bryan Benavides is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of digital marketing experience. Starting in 2002 in performance marketing, Bryan has since helped start and grow organizations in media buying, customer acquisition, and eCommerce.  Currently Bryan heads digital strategy for PharmaCann Inc., one of the country's largest vertically integrated cannabis companies, with retail locations under the Verilife and LivWell brands. 

Rebecca Maestas Sincere
Clear Cannabis Inc, Executive Director, Marketing

Rebecca Maestas is an industry veteran and a proven leader with 13+ years of in-depth experience and a true passion for the cannabis industry. Her expertise is in building strong retail and wholesale brands through market research, smart product development, creative marketing, and specific market positioning to penetrate the target niche. 

Currently leading a team as the Executive Director of Marketing for Clear Cannabis Inc, established in 2012 by a team of scientists who brought molecular distillation to the legal cannabis market and in the process re-invented the cannabis vape category. She owns and oversees the evolution of all brands under the portfolio including The Clear™, Twax, ENDO, and DOPE, while developing new product categories. 

She has translated her desire to combine cannabis and music together by cultivating alliances between the industry and musicians who have an affinity for the plant. Working with Leafs by Snoop (Snoop Dogg), Cypress Hill, Redman/ Method Man, and Kymani Marley, to name a few. Rebecca created the first celebrity-endorsed edible with Sublime w/ Rome, Orange Dynamite – a milk chocolate + orange bar flavor profile that was crowdsourced by The Secret Society of Budtenders and launched in Colorado in 2016.
