Jeremy Johnson is a digital marketing professional that has fully transitioned into the cannabis space after a wide range of projects from leading mobile and web development teams to managing tech installations for music festivals and large-scale events. Cannabis has always been a part of his journey, as a 2nd generation advocate and medical cardholder at an early age. From 2020 to 2022, Jeremy helped lead the e-commerce and digital strategies for two of Michigan's highest volume dispensaries. After a decade-long career in the digital world, Jeremy is now helping to educate cannabis retailers on how to use e-commerce tools to increase brand awareness, grow web traffic, and increase sales in the fastest-growing channel for the cannabis industry.
Guillermo has 20 years of experience applying his expertise to marketing teams in both startup and agency environments. His passion is spearheading initiatives to drive sales, expand lead generation, and develop intuitive strategies. He combines big-picture thinking, innovation, collaboration, and creativity to drive marketing campaigns.
Marcus works with the Edgemont Group in the Washington state I-502 recreational cannabis market.

Edgemont Group’s brands have grown into cornerstone offerings in Washington state, and are positioned to expand to multi-state offerings in coming years.
Prior to his work with Edgemont Group, Marcus has worked as a Business Development Executive for Infosys and as an educator within the Teach For America program.
Marcus holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from John Brown University.
Jocelyn Sheltraw is the Director of Strategy at Headset, responsible for strategy and operations in California, as well as new market expansion into Oregon, Arizona and New Mexico.
Prior to joining the cannabis industry, Jocelyn spent 10 years working in mobile advertising and technology developing advertising and monetization strategies for apps including: Flipboard, Spotify, SoundCloud, Pandora, Uber to name a few.
Jocelyn is a vocal advocate and thought leader, involved in various cannabis associations and committees for; CCIA, NCIA, UCBA, CVCAN. She also works on various California Social Equity Program initiatives.
Dakota Meshell is Director of Operations at Eclipse Cannabis where he oversees all day-to-day operations including managing staff, executive decision making, and growing the business overall. Meshell also leads Eclipse’s marketing department and he is responsible for branding and social media ideation along with creating promotions and helping to maintain close relationships with vendors. He has been instrumental in implementing online ordering processes, establishing a prominent accessory sales department, and building a growing Instagram account while navigating the challenges this platform presents to cannabis companies.
Meshell’s passion for cannabis and the beautiful Rocky Mountains brought him to Colorado in 2017. In 2018, he entered the rapidly growing cannabis industry as a budtender and has worked his way up to Director of Operations with his hard work and determination. He resides just outside of Denver and when not working hard at the dispensary, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two fur children.
