Joe Sullivan is the technical director and co-founder of Cultivate Energy Optimization, an energy management firm that works exclusively with utilities and governments to design, implement, and analyze energy management programs specifically for the indoor ag. industry.  CultivateEO has worked with over twenty (20) clients across North America to help develop and implement energy management strategies for hundreds of cultivators nation wide. Joe is also a member of the California Statewide Codes & Standards Enforcement team that works to develop and research code proposals for Controlled Environment Horticulture buildings. Prior to forming CultivateEO, he spent four (4) years working for the USDA on research projects investigating plant responses to environmental stressors and climate change.
