Karyemaitre Aliffe

Dr. Karyemaitre Aliffe is a multilingual physician-scientist who brings life to science, and vitality to our concepts of medicine. His 35+ years experience in natural products research and discovery spirals the globe, from Ivy League Academia and Silicon Valley Biotech, to the remote healing forests of the Amazon, Australia and Africa. From teaching appointments at Harvard and Stanford, Dr. Aliffe has since been welcomed to over 50 countries as a keynote speaker and guest lecturer, giving insightful presentations to governments, institutions, corporations and executives, health professionals and health-focused community groups worldwide.He is presently Chair, Executive Officer at Ethicannos, Praxigen Biomedia. He leads an expert Natural Health Product Development Team, applying translational medicine and integrative neurophysiology to expand the utility of cannabis-based formulations unto enhancement of global human life in fitness and longevity.

Eleanor Kuntz
LeafWorks, Chief Executive Officer

Eleanor Kuntz, PhD, Chief Executive Officer, has a B.A. degree in Biology with a focus in Botany from Smith College and a PhD in Genetics from the University of Georgia. She is a trained herbalist, attending the Sage Mountain School of Herbal Studies under the mentorship of the "Godmother of modern American herbalism", Rosemary Gladstar. She has spent her career using plant genetics to design and implement Best Agricultural Practices for natural product companies. She is skilled in improving medicinal quality, sustainability and transparency in the supply chain, to ensure the best possible product. Eleanor is passionate about enhancing our connection to plants and understanding the relationship between plant, ecosystem and planet. Samantha Taylor

Sam Taylor started in cannabis in 2009 and was featured on CNBC's "Marijuana USA" as a co-owner of Centennial Seeds at the age of 22. Since then, she's founded the lifestyle subscription service HempBox, produced an award winning game show, and now runs The Grow-Off full time in multiple legalized states across the country.

Damian Solomon
Plant Geek Consulting, LLC, Founder

Damian has over 20 years of experience in greenhouse management, traditional horticulture and controlled environment growing systems. He has worked for companies like Eurofresh Farms (North America’s largest hydroponic greenhouse operation), Grimmway Farms (North America’s largest farming company), and DeRuiter Seeds/Monsanto (global seed company specializing in greenhouse specific vegetable seeds). Since 2014 he has been involved in the commercial cannabis industry as Director of Cutlivation & Ag Technology for Medmen where he leveraged his vast experience in controlled environments to bring best-of-class procedures, processes and technology into the cannabis space. Recently, Damian left Medmen to start his own horticultural consulting company, Plant Geek Consulting, LLC as he saw a compelling opportunity to offer his years of understanding, insight and horticultural expertise to his clients.  He has travelled the world visiting greenhouses and speaking with growers to share agronomic advice and experience and provide high-level consulting services. Damian is well known in the industry and considered an expert in the field of controlled environment agriculture. Mr. Solomon was awarded a BS in Plant Sciences/Crop Production from the University of Arizona’s College of Agriculture. In 2015, he was recognized by University of Arizona’s College of Agriculture and awarded the CEAC Mission Award for outstanding leadership and exemplary service in Controlled Environment Agriculture. Damian is forward thinking and loves to blend the art of growing crops with applied technology to optimize results.
