Marc is a proven organizational leader, experienced legal counsel and CSR/sustainability consultant, with added experience in fundraising, public & media relations, brand and program development, community engagement, and administration. Most recently, he led the Community Outreach team at Harvest, a large, vertically-integrated, multi-state cannabis company with operations in 8 states.
Annie Davis is a business strategist and marketing leader with a lifelong passion for social impact. She is the CEO & Founder of Growing Impact, a strategy consultancy serving purpose-driven brands in the legal cannabis industry. She also currently serves at VP Sales & Marketing for Care By Design, California's pioneering CBD wellness brand. Prior to cannabis, Annie held various marketing & business development roles with consumer packaged goods (The Clorox Company), renewable energy (Solyndra, Amyris) and natural products (World Centric) companies. As Director of Partnerships for World Centric, a Certified B Corporation, Annie spearheaded an initiative to drive cross-sector collaboration amongst fellow B Corps. For this work, she received The Changemaker Award at the 2015 B Corp Champions Retreat. She later led the B Corp certification process for Prokanga, an innovative recruiting firm, where she also built their cannabis practice. Annie holds at BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she co-founded the HBS Green Business Alumni Association.
