Tanisha is from Houston, Texas. She moved to LA in 1999 when she started attending the University of Southern California, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in architecture with a minor in cinema television. Upon graduation, she was accepted to the Agent Training Program at United Talent Agency, where she worked for two and a half years.

In 2007, she began working for Jennifer Lopez. In March 2008, she joined Bloc Talent Agency’s choreography and dance departments. Some of the jobs she has agented over the years include the Academy Awards, the Grammy Awards, Amazon's recently released Coming 2 America, and various music videos, spot dates, and tours for artists such as Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa, and Usher.
