Paul Wachter
Main Street Advisors, Founder/CEO

Paul D. Wachter is the founder and CEO of Main Street Advisors. Founded in 1997, Main Street Advisors provides a wide range of financial, strategic, business-building, and asset-management advisory services to a select group of high-net-worth individuals and companies, primarily in the entertainment and sports industries.

From 1993 to 1997, Wachter worked at Schroder & Co., serving as managing director and head of the company's lodging and gaming and sports and leisure groups, and its West Coast investment banking effort. From 1987 to 1993, he was a managing director at Kidder Peabody, where he founded and was responsible for the firm's hotel, resorts, and leisure group, and managed its real estate group and Los Angeles investment banking group. He began his career as an investment banker at Bear Stearns, covering a variety of industries. From 1982 to 1985, he worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a tax attorney, and from 1981 to 1982, he clerked for Judge Dorothy W. Nelson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

A 1981 graduate of Columbia Law School, Wachter was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He graduated magna cum laude and Beta Gamma Sigma from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1978 and is a member of the New York State Bar. His advisory and board-of-director roles include, but are not limited to, being trustee of California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and first lady Maria Shriver’s blind trusts; serving as a key advisor and strategist for Schwarzenegger’s 2003 and 2006 campaigns and transition teams; serving on the board of regents for the University of California (2004–2016); seving as special advisor to the California Commission for Jobs and Economic Growth; and serving as chairman of the Austrian Holocaust Reparations Committee.

He currently sits on the board of directors for Ladder, a nutritional supplement company that he cofounded with Schwarzenegger, LeBron James, and Cindy Crawford. He also executive produces the award-winning show Survivor’s Remorse and the upcoming Muhammad Ali documentary What's My Name.

Hannah Gold
Vice President of Marketing, Interscope Records (IGA)

A native of Southern California, Hannah Gold is the current vice president of marketing at Interscope Records. She graduated from San Diego State University in 2009 with a degree in communications with an emphasis in media studies. Soon after receiving her bachelor’s degree, Gold began working at Interscope for Steve Berman (vice chairman, Interscope) for the next four years. From there she began to work in the Marketing Department, leading her into her current role today as vice president of marketing. Some of her many accomplishments while at Interscope include spearheading and overseeing global projects such as record-breaking pop phenom Billie Eilish (Gold was also included as one of Variety’s "Hitmakers" in 2020 for her work with Eilish), BLACKPINK, blackbear, Gracie Abrams, Amber Mark, and many more during her 11-plus years at Interscope.

Brandon Goodman
Co-Manager, Billie Eilish

Brandon Goodman is a cofounder and partner of Best Friends Music, a Los Angeles–based music management company that represents artists, songwriters, and music producers. Goodman co-manages Grammy-winning artist Billie Eilish; artist, songwriter, and winner of the 2020 Grammy for Producer of the Year FINNEAS; as well as pop up-and-comer Jordan Suaste; alongside his Best Friends cofounder and partner, Danny Rukasin. Other clients include Blake Rose, Phil Good, and Mimi Webb. Goodman was named to the 2020 Billboard Impact list as well as the 2019 and 2020 Variety Hitmakers list.

Danny Rukasin
Co-Manager, Billie Eilish

Danny Rukasin is a highly accomplished music manager representing artists, producers, and songwriters, with a focus on artist and client development. He is a 23-year veteran of the music industry who started as an artist himself in a major label touring act. As a partner/co-owner of Los Angeles–based Best Friends Music, Danny discovered and is currently co-managing global multi-Grammy-winning superstar Billie Eilish and her brother, sole collaborator and Grammy-winning producer, FINNEAS, with his Best Friends Music partner, Brandon Goodman. He also manages the artists Role Model, Mehro, and Oliver Riot and co-manages Jordan Suaste (also with Goodman). He also represents North America for Australian-based flowerkid and manages songwriters/producers Eric Palmquist and The Gifted.

Chelsea Dodson
Interscope Records (IGA), Manager of Creative

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Chelsea Dodson went on to study business and film at Chapman University. Post college, she worked in series television production for seven years before joining the Interscope creative team in 2017. As a member of this integral department, Chelsea and her fellow team members are responsible for collaborating with artists on all visual elements, including still photography, design, music videos, and live performances.

Justin Lubliner

Justin Lubliner is the CEO of The Darkroom, a forward-thinking artist development company that includes Darkroom Records—a partner of Interscope Records—and Darkroom Management. In just 2020, Lubliner was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 All-Star Alumni list and Billboard's 40 Under 40 list and recognized as a Variety Executive Hitmaker. In addition, Lubliner was named as Billboard’s Executive of the Week in early February.

Since starting The Darkroom in 2014, Lubliner has signed and developed multiplatinum, Grammy Award–winning sensation Billie Eilish and electronic festival headliner Gryffin. Last year he welcomed newcomers Cian Ducrot, Ashley Kutcher, Oliver Malcolm, and Max Leone to the Darkroom Records imprint.

Panos A. Panay B.M. ‘94, senior vice president for global strategy and innovation, leads strategic initiatives at Berklee and is the founder of the Berklee Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship (BerkleeICE). He spearheaded the founding of the Open Music Initiative, which brings together more than 300 leading music, media, and technology industry organizations, and academic institutions focused on streamlining metadata and payment tracking for artists.

Panay leads Berklee’s global strategy to create an interconnected ecosystem of campuses, centers, and partnerships across the world that foster and inspire new artistic expressions, idioms, and ideas through leading pedagogy; development of cross-cultural fluency and creative capacity; and seamless integration of technology and online learning. Prior to Berklee, Panay was founder and CEO of Sonicbids, where he created the leading online platform for matching bands with music promoters, resulting in over 1 million new artist shows around the globe over a 13-year span. Earlier in his career, he was an international talent agent for artists such as Chick Corea and Pat Metheny.

His awards include Fast Company's Fast 50, Inc Magazine's Inc 500, and Boston Business Journal’s 40 under 40, and he's a Mass Hi-Tech All Star. He was named one of the Boston Globe’s Game Changers in 2017 and is a frequent speaker at global events such as the World Economic Forum at Davos, South by Southwest, Web Summit, and countless others.
