Olivia Rudensky
Head of Marketing and Digital for Miley Cyrus, Maverick Management

Olivia Rudensky is the head of marketing and digital for Miley Cyrus at Maverick Management. She got her start running Cyrus's biggest social media fan account at 12 years old, which developed into a business relationship. With artist management being a 24/7 type of job, Olivia is also vocal about finding balance in all aspects of her life, not just her career. She is passionate about using her own platform and experiences to raise awareness for mental health and well-being in this industry. Olivia was most recently nominated for the Forbes 30 under 30 list.

Fadia Kader
Clubhouse, Media Partnerships and Creators

Fadia Kader has been a key part of the music partnerships team at Instagram since 2017, driving key company collaborations with artists and their teams, and setting the standard as a 360-degree creative strategist, trend forecaster, and all-around builder of brand partnerships initiatives for the app’s music vertical. Her magic touch can be seen with the Verzuz franchise DNice, DJ sets, and trend forecasting artists such as Billie Eilish and Tierra Whack, among many others.  

Prior to joining the Instagram team, Fadia worked on the music partnerships team at Twitter, connecting artists to the social media network and training them on the best way to manage and leverage their audiences in the digital medium—and, by extension, the physical one. A well-respected music industry veteran with 15 years of experience and deep relationships in the space, Fadia has received several industry accolades. She was named to Billboard’s 2019 40 Under 40 list, the 2019 Alternative Power 100 Music List, most recently Create & Cultivate’s 100 list, Billboard's 2020 Women in Music list, Fortune's 40 under 40 list. Fadia currently resides in sunny Los Angeles.


Sarah Michaelson

Sarah Michelson is a creator turned manager. A native of Miami, Florida, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue music. As she continued her road as an artist, she endured countless negative experiences that made her quickly realize she wanted to be the change she wished to see in the industry. 

After years of working under the radar in digital marketing and management, she is now heading the management division at City Media ENT. Sarah brings insight to this role, as she is a former casting producer for FOX's The Four, and is casting for ITV's Love Island as well as for several other major networks and brands. She has accelerated her skill set by helping well-known influencers partner with brands such as L’Oréal, Delta, American Express, Sephora, and Postmates, among others. She has handled everything from events, red carpets, and meet and greets at VidCon, BeautyCon, Playlist LIVE, Generation Beauty, Coachella, and more. In her current role, she founded and heads the brand partnerships division, managing talented people who have acquired followers not just due to their ability to showcase the essence of their chosen passion, but also due to the social impact they have made through their activism.

Lately, her focus has been educating talent on how to manage mental health expectations on social media and how to protect against cyber bullying.

Isabel Quinteros

Isabel Quinteros has spent the past 15 years developing strategic partnerships between artists, brands, and publishers. After a 10-year career in the agency world, Isabel launched her PR firm specializing in developing fully immersive marketing and PR campaigns for hip-hop and R&B artists. At TikTok, she’s dedicated to creating innovative music partnerships that enable artists to engage with fans on the platform in a meaningful way. Isabel was recognized as one of Rolling Stone’s Future 25 and Billboard’s Women in Music and Hip Hop Power Player lists.

Walter Smith III '02
Berklee College of Music, Chair of Woodwinds

Originally from Houston, Texas, Walter Smith III now resides in Boston and is chair of the Woodwind Department at Berklee College of Music, helping to prepare the next generation of jazz students.

Smith is widely recognized as an adept performer, accomplished composer, and inspired educator. In the jazz tradition, he has developed under the wings of many of the genre’s greats. He is and has been a member of several legendary groups, and has performed all over the world, participating in virtually every international festival as well as playing at famed venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Village Vanguard, and the Kennedy Center. In addition, he has shared the stage and/or appeared on recordings with many jazz notables including Mulgrew Miller, Billy Childs, Joe Lovano, Herbie Hancock, Dee Dee Bridgewater, and a host of others. To date, he has appeared on over 100 recordings that have been released worldwide.

From a young age, Smith took music seriously, saying, “My first gig was playing at a McDonalds in Houston with another saxophone player. I took a solo on 'Blue Bossa.' It was terrible. People clapped, and I figured if I could get away with that and get applause, how could I fail?”
