Steve Batson is a Nashville-based Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Emerging Technologies Practice, focusing on cybersecurity and technology implementations across industries.
Steve has 33 years of experience leading IT and OT cybersecurity projects for large multinational clients. Mr Batson is responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of cybersecurity programs and technology solutions. Subject matter expertise covers both US and international regulations related to cybersecurity. Steve participates with DHS, IEC, and other cybersecurity working groups. Steve was previously the CEO of a cybersecurity services company. He has extensive experience with ICS security design, operations, maintenance, response, recovery, and penetration testing.

•He has focused experience in risk identification and the assessment of complex technology environments and has a background based in managing integrated teams across geographic regions. Jason has extensive experience and proficiency with security practices that he has gained through serving a portfolio of multinational clients and through developing and rolling out OT security programs for these clients
•He has developed organizational structures (governance models/structures); risk management processes; role-specific security awareness/training; OT specific response plans; secure architectures; monitoring programs; and standards/policies for several large global manufacturing clients

Doug is a leader of Deloitte’s Cyber Risk practice consulting to Fortune 500 companies, Federal Agencies, and State Governments. He specializes in delivering innovative cyber analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation solutions designed to monitor, detect and protect IT connected Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystems.
He also assists his clients in the areas of cyber threat intelligence, digital identity and cloud security solutions, proactive cyber defense operations, cyber war gaming, building global fusion centers, attack surface management, and leading cyber hunt, incident response, cyber forensics, and red teams.
Prior to coming to Deloitte, Doug enjoyed a 25-year military career serving as a Naval Information Warfare Officer culminating in his final assignment as the Commander of the U.S. Navy’s global cyber defense operations.
Kevin Gautreaux is a Cyber Security manager with over 20 years of IT and information security experience, His previous work experience spans many technologies and security domains including application development, HR and collaboration technologies. On the security side, the majority of Kevin’s experience is with endpoint detection and response.
Kevin began his career at FedEx in 1993 an operations role. He rejoined FedEx’s Information Security organization in 2019 to build out new the OT/IoT security program. The program has been in place for close to two years..
Kevin has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from University of Memphis and an M.B.A with a focus in management from Strayer University.
Kevin and his wife Shemica are residents of Collierville, Tn. They have two daughters –Eva and Nia. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys road bike cycling and is a member of multiple clubs in the Memphis area.
