K-12 educators and higher ed faculty ARE data scientists whether they realize it or not. This brief session will identify 3 key roles for educators as data scientists. In describing these roles, educators will understand how data science can expedite the process and accuracy of identifying student learning needs, matching group or individual learning needs to the right instruction, and practice strategies for immediate use in the classroom.
