Jessica Carson is currently the Director of Innovation at the American Psychological Association, author of Wired This Way, and Georgetown University’s first Expert in Residence. Previously, she held positions at a startup and venture firm, and was a Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health. With a background in psychology, neuroscience, startups, venture capital, and mindfulness, she guides creators of a path of creative self-discovery.

LifeBridge Health, Executive Director, Innovation & Research

Executive Director of Innovation & Research at LifeBridge Health, overseeing Innovation, Research & BioIncubator programs. Responsible for digital health partnerships with tech startups and implementation of innovation (mobile apps, AI, predictive analytics, remote patient monitoring) in clinical settings. Rachel Mendelowitz
The Rivington Group, Founder & CEO

Rachel is the founder and CEO of The Rivington Group, where she has advised organizations across every industry on research- based people strategy, operations, and workplace dynamics. She speaks regularly at corporate events and conferences and has written about people -related solutions. She was previously the Chief People Officer at Binc, a technology recruiting firm and Inc. Best Workplaces honoree. Prior to that, she was a Partner at McChrystal Group, where her team's work formed the backbone of the New York Times bestseller, Team of Teams. While at McChrystal Group, she worked with Fortune 500 clients as well as small and mid-sized firms. At Booz Allen Hamilton, she advised Dept. of Defense clients on leadership, talent management and change management. She also ran leadership development at Bridgewater Associates where she trained managers on the skills outlined in Ray Dalio's New York Times bestseller, Principles. Rachel studied Psychology and Fine Art at Cornell University and Organizational Psychology at Columbia University

Amira El-Gawly
Manifesta and St. Plant, Founder + CEO

Amira El-Gawly is an entrepreneur, coach and writer with over 15 years

guiding executives and brands to design elevated and impactful experiences,

both internal and external, that are authentically aligned to their company's

mission and values. El-Gawly is the founder and CEO of Manifesta, a

leadership and workplace culture consultancy with a focus on team

alignment, wellbeing and performance. She speaks and coaches on a number

of topics, and is most known for her strategies on strengths-based leadership

and compassion at work. El-Gawly is also the founder of St. Plant, a business

designed to reconnect humans with nature through meaningful products and

experiences. Her favorite plant’s name is Dolly.
