The Cost of COVID
The lack of understanding financial literacy and resources available to the black community can be detrimental to not only our economic stability but our mental health. As an entrepreneur, navigating the how to access capital and your emotions go hand and hand. During DC start up week, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Metropolitan DC Chapter will host a lunch and learn on the COST of COVID. Viewers will be able to engage in mindful meditation and practices that allows one to fully be present and bring their whole self. Learning from our wonderful sisters walking in entrepreneurship daily ad facing unforeseen challenges during a public health emergency. Viewers will also hear from amazing women working in the banking industry, policy makers and resource tools that each sister can used in their tool belt while scaling and establishing their business during COVID.
