Asad leads Strategic Partnerships & Alliances for US Public Sector at McKinsey & Company. In this dynamic role, Asad develops and cultivates partnerships within the complex services and technology ecosystem of the federal and state & local market to enable greater client impact. Prior to joining McKinsey, Asad led growth and strategy for LMI Consulting’s Health and Civilian market enabling client development, building strategic partnerships, and driving innovative solutions for our clients.
He has over 11 years’ experience as a growth leader, instituting organizational capture management strategy and planning, solution architecture, and implementing innovation. Outside of work, Asad is passionate about inclusive economic growth and scaling under-represented organizations to reach their full potential.
He is an Adjunct Professor of Business at Stevenson University in Maryland. Asad holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola University Maryland, an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Smith School, a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University, and Executive Education Certificates from MIT Sloane and Wharton Business School, UPenn.
