Through her own strategic advisory repositioning firm, Disruptive.CEO, she has worked with visionary professional services businesses and personal brands in a multitude of industries and is on a mission to serve the growth of 100,000 female entrepreneurs through her framework by 2025.

Seema is also a strategic advisor for select startups and a co-organizer for DC Startup Week and is on the board of Codespa America--a non-profit organization focused on alleviating poverty all over the world.

She speaks on her business growth framework, the importance of expert/CEO branding, and brand-led business transformations at entrepreneurship-focused conferences and podcasts throughout the country.

Seema attended the University of Maryland for her undergraduate degree and Fordham University for her MBA. Seema lives in the DC Metro area with her husband, two girls, Raina and Sareena, and her puppies, Taji and Brooklyn.
