Beth Berman loves optimizing leaders and teams. Beth is a Certified EOS® – Entrepreneurial Operating System – Implementer. She's also an internationally recognized Speaker, Peer Advisory Group Facilitator. Beth got her start in business as a teen, helping her dad in his multiple entrepreneurial ventures. And it paid off. After a successful career in telecom Sales & Marketing, Beth began doing what she was meant to do: facilitate conversations for growth. As a partner in a recruiting firm,

Beth used her innate facilitation skills to help her company navigate the 2008 financial crisis. She led the pivot to a Resume, Interview and Job Search coaching firm – and grow (while many other recruiting firms were folding). In 2011 Beth launched her own consultancy, Compellications™ to help leaders strengthen their teams and attract ideal customers. A Certified EOS Implementer, Beth helps leaders align their people around a clear vision, execute on that vision, and create honest, cohesive, accountable teams.

In 2019 Beth became a Clark Leadership partner, bringing leaders of growth-oriented companies together for in-depth, facilitated peer advisory groups, one-to-one executive coaching sessions, and a sense of community among fellow business leaders. Though quite small in stature, holds the attention of even the toughest room with her presence, insight and charm that has been honed over years in business.

She serves a diverse base of small to mid-sized entrepreneurial companies helping them execute on their goals, realize exceptional results, and create healthy, aligned teams who enjoy working together. Better business, better life!
