Outcome Based Product Development and Getting to MVP Faster
Harrison Neuert is a Senior Associate at ideas42 where his work is focused on applying a behavioral science lens to challenges in financial health and post-secondary education. He holds a BA in Economics from Brown University, where he was also a research assistant in the Education Department. Harrison is based in Victoria, British Columbia.
LaToria Pierce is an engagement specialist and entrepreneur residing in the capital area. Her work spans across the media, marketing, and fintech areas. LaToria has led social impact initiatives and managed engagement strategies for both local and national nonprofits in domestic violence outreach and policy, as well as in financial health for older working adults and families with limited income.Through entrepreneurship in media, LaToria learned the power of dialogue. As a host and producer in community TV and global automotive spokesperson, she discovered that the most effective way to understand how to serve people is to “let people speak and listen to them with the intent to understand."
Born and raised in Indiana by a single teen mother (who later married a young army soldier), LaToria lived briefly in Germany and grew up in Arizona. LaToria credits her young parents' ability to overcome life challenges and dedicate their careers to serving vulnerable groups for her shared dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. She attended Arizona State University - W.P. Carey School of Business, majoring in global studies (BS), and furthered her education in media business studies (MS) at Full Sail University in Florida.
LaToria moved to the DMV in 2015, and resided in Maryland for six years. In 2020, she was recognized as a "Forty Under 40" by Prince George's Social Innovation Fund. Currently, LaToria resides in Fairfax, VA.
Sonali Zaveri uniquely sits at the intersection between design and software development. She currently serves as Design and Operations Lead at ideas42 Ventures. At the venture studio, she partners with impact focused entrepreneurs as they generate and test business ideas, build their MVP, and bring their product to market.
An expert in leading fast paced product development for both consumer and enterprise products, Sonali has worked across industries in mental health technology, sustainability tools, and financial and reporting software for local government for companies such as BetterHelp, Opower (acquired by Oracle), and OpenGov. As a certified web accessibility professional, Sonali believes in building products with impact that are inclusive to all.
