Ms. Lucretia Freeman-Buster has over 25 years of experience in commercial banking, with a well-rounded background that supports a progressive organization in optimizing performance. She served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President for large and small banks in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.

She is knowledgeable on small business management with over 20 years of experience providing professional consulting services to micro and small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Freeman-Buster is the Managing Principal & CEO of Lamb Consulting Group, LLC, a business advisory firm located in Upper Marlboro Maryland. The firm provide client wits the technical assistance and advisory services required to stabilize, grow, and manage a successful business operation. The firm advise clients in business start-up, financing, business operation management, financial management, business training, and staff professional development.

Ms. Freeman-Buster also served as Associate Director and later as Acting Executive Director for the District of Columbia Small Business Development Center, where she implemented and executed the organization’s strategy, and provided oversight of service centers, programmatic functions, and developed funding proposals for the network. Ms. Freeman-Buster holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, a Bachelor of Science degree in management, a certificate in International Business Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, and other professional certifications.

Outside of work, Ms. Freeman-Buster works with a global enterprise where she volunteers her time to help people in need.
