Gary Williams
Creative Theory Agency, Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer

Gary Williams Jr. is a renowned DC-based photographer and videographer whose journey to live and share his passion has evolved over the past decade. His creative focus specializes in developing authentic visual and digital content for some of the world's leading brands including Nike, Timex, Localeur, Marriott, Saint Heron, BMW, GQ Magazine, Under Armour, NRG, LEVIS, GAP, and L'Oreal. He's also gained notoriety as an influential catalyst on style & culture as a GQ Insider and ambassador for various brand campaigns. In 2015 he co-founded Creative Theory Agency, an award winning full-service Creative Agency that focuses on digital marketing through a multicultural lens. In addition to the agency work Gary is loving his new role as husband and dad and believes the work he does at home is the greatest work he will ever do.

Liz Ott
Threespot, President

Liz brings over 15 years of creative strategy, design, and technology experience to her role as President at Threespot. Her in-house and agency tenures inform her seasoned approach to managing both the big picture and the minute details. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the business, she provides strategic guidance to both agency founders as well as anchor clients, such as the United Nations Environment Programme, The Pew Charitable Trusts, Zero to Three, Planned Parenthood, U.S. Department of State, and the Brookings Institution.
Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and economics from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in marketing from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and a certificate from the Yale School of Management’s Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders program. She is a former president of AIGA DC, serves as the Communications Chair on the B Corp Local Mid-Atlantic Steering Committee, the Communications Network Local leadership team, and the advisory council for the Diversify by Design (DxD) coalition that is focused on catalyzing racial equity and justice in the design profession.

Brian Williams
Viget, Co-founder & CEO

Brian began his career as a software developer and in 1999 co-founded Viget, a digital agency that designs and develops digital products and platforms for innovative startups like Privia Health, FiscalNote, and Optoro as well as iconic brands like PUMA, WWF, and Progressive Insurance. As CEO, he’s led Viget’s evolution of services and growth to nearly 80 people in four office locations. Brian has been recognized in the Washington Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list and as one DC's top 100 tech leaders by Washingtonian Magazine.  Outside of Viget, Brian is active in the Falls Church City community, serving on the board of the Falls Church Education Foundation, the local Economic Development Authority, and keeping up with his four kids by coaching a variety of youth sports in the area.

She speaks on her business growth framework, the importance of expert/CEO branding, and brand-led business transformations at entrepreneurship-focused conferences and podcasts throughout the country.

Seema attended the University of Maryland for her undergraduate degree and Fordham University for her MBA. Seema lives in the DC Metro area with her husband, two girls, Raina and Sareena, and her puppies, Taji and Brooklyn.
