LaRae Holliday
EVERFI, Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer

LaRae Holliday serves as EVERFI’s Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer. A member of the executive team, leading the talent function at EVERFI, a social impact education technology company with 500+ employees globally. She is responsible for building and driving the infrastructure for the entire employee experience, from recruitment through each important milestone and touchpoint in their career. Thought leader on diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring and talent development processes with a focus on enhancing and reimagining company-wide hiring and employee engagement systems to create an equitable, scalable, and sustainable people-first experience where employees can find their place within EVERFI, thrive and be successful, while meeting the company’s business goals and vision.

Prior to joining EVERFI in 2018, LaRae maintained leadership roles for several high-growth technology and consulting companies including Palantir Technologies, The Advisory Board Company, and LivingSocial. During her tenure with these organizations she led strategies for various verticals on talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, organizational design, and diversity and inclusion. I have come to understand that great organizations see their people at the center. When companies create spaces where their employees feel seen, heard, and valued, they position their most important assets to do their very best work; and when that happens, there are no limits to a company’s potential

A psychologist by training, LaRae earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spelman College with summa cum laude honors and her Master’s degree in Clinical-Community Psychology from DePaul University. She currently resides in Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
