Dave brings over 20 years of technology and leadership experience to Hired, with expertise in digital media, e-commerce, transactional systems, and digital marketplaces. As a CTO, Dave has been transforming technology and technology teams, setting them, and by extension the businesses they support, up for huge success. He is equally comfortable working in startups as well as mature organizations. His specialty - strategically aligning and maturing teams for maximum value to the product and business.

Dave holds a degree in mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He serves as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown on Long Island, New York, where he lives with his wife, daughter, son and rescue dog.
