Ben Matthews is a Director of Engineering at Stack Overflow with nearly 20 years of experience in developing technology and building high-performance technical teams. He’s passionate about helping people grow in their roles and empowering people to build great things. In his current role, Ben is responsible for helping to grow the vibrant community that visits Stack Overflow everyday, which includes features on the public platform and building the company’s robust SaaS product suite. Prior to joining Stack, Ben held various developer and management roles at high-growth startups including Cvent, Cox Media Group, Moxie Interactive, and others. He holds a B.S. in business and computer science from Oglethorpe University and an MBA in business and technology from Georgia State University.
