Jonathan Pasky
DevNetwork, Executive Producer & Co-Founder

Jonathan Pasky is Executive Producer & Co-Founder of DevNetwork, the world's community for technical professionals, producing conferences for the software engineering, IT & tech industries, with 70,000+ community members and 25,000+ annual attendees. Jon is also a patent attorney, having practiced law for 10+ years, a new dad, and he has his BS in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and minor in humanities from Valparaiso University.

Tasha Drew
VMware, Senior Director of xLabs

Tasha has been an innovative product leader in Silicon Valley for over a decade. She is Senior Director of xLabs in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) at VMware. This program focuses on what we call advanced development, which is taking technically validated projects from incubation and research, and partnering with customers, partners, and our internal business groups to productize these technologies and get them into our customers hands as fully realized technology. She is co-chair of the Kubernetes Working Group for Multi-Tenancy and co-chair of the Kubernetes SIG Usability. Previously, she launched VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid for vSphere and was a member of the team that launched Project Pacific, Tanzu for SDDC, and vSphere with Tanzu at VMware. Tasha has also held product roles at Chef, Rentlytics, Engine Yard, and Lockheed Martin. She was a core maintainer of Chef Habitat. Ian Tien
Mattermost, CEO, Co-Founder

Ian is CEO and Co-Founder of Mattermost. He previously founded SpinPunch, Inc., an online video game company with millions of players across 190 countries. Prior to SpinPunch, Ian was VP of Product at Flickme, a movie streaming startup backed by Sequoia Capital, Warner Brothers, and Sony Pictures. He also ran product management for Microsoft SkyDrive (now “OneDrive”) and Hotmail (now “”) and led engineering teams for Microsoft Office.
Ian holds over a dozen patents in analytic applications and is an alumnus of the University of Waterloo, where he worked at Trilogy Software during school, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he served as a teaching assistant for Andy Grove and Myron Scholes. 

Cristina Buenahora
Cortex, Founding Engineer

Cristina is a Founding Engineer at Cortex, the first system of record for engineering which enables engineering teams to drive adoption of developer best practices, funded by Sequoia Capital and YCombinator. Prior to joining Cortex, Cristina led an engineering team at Bridgewater Associates, where she developed a portfolio analytics platform for the largest institutional investors in the world. Cristina is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Systems Engineering and Computer Science.
