Tracy Miranda is the executive director of the Continuous Delivery Foundation (CDF) where she leads the mission to improve the world's capacity to deliver software with security and speed. Prior to CDF, Tracy was the Director of Open Source at CloudBees. Tracy is a veteran of the open source technology industry with nearly twenty years of experience with large scale projects such as Jenkins and Eclipse. Tracy's background also includes developer tools, embedded software and electronics system design. Tracy has two patents for her work on processor architectures

As the SVP of Engineering at Blackbaud, David is responsible for the architecture, design, development, and delivery for Blackbaud’s technology solutions.  David has a passion for building highly engaged teams, and empowering his teammates to deliver high quality and innovative products to the social good community.

 David has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, having served in executive positions at EMD’s, Dun and Bradstreet, XO Communications and the U.S. Patent Office.  David resides in Austin TX, with his wife Jill, kids Haley and Luke, as well as his two dogs Ivey and Pip (the half-pug).
