Gabriel Swinney is the founder of Swinney Creative and has more than a decade of marketing experience. Gabriel specializes in commercial, architectural, and interior photography; and loves integrating edge technology like drones, 3D imaging, VR/AR into his projects. A passionate believer in the importance of relationships in business, Gabriel can often be found at industry conferences, networking groups, and wherever else new friends can be made. Gabriel loves hosting game nights with his wife Kati, and spending time with their family. The fuel for his creativity is a sense of adventure and wonder. His favorite pastime is exploring ancient pilgrimage routes in faraway destinations.

Session description:

The goal of this talk will be to enthusiastically describe the value available to entrepreneurs in pursuing their passions outside of work, especially travel and adventure. In particular, attendees will be encouraged to import the lessons learned from the time spent cultivating their personal dreams, and to forge these experiences into tools for managing their professional lives.
I will illustrate this practice by talking about many of my personal experiences traveling around the globe, and how these intrepid journeys have directly informed my business goals, growth, and success.
