Paul Norwood lives at the intersection of national security and technology, media, and telecommunications helping inventors and innovators solve problems that impact the world. Paul is currently a Strategy Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, and assisted in establishing the Deloitte Exploration Lab hosted in the Capital Factory. He is a senior strategist and former Soldier who served 28 years in the Middle East, South Asia, Europe, and U.S in peace, crisis, and combat. He has extensive experience in leading organizational change, strategic forecasting, national security space, cyber operations, multiple intelligence disciplines, and focused innovation processes with military and national intelligence agencies. He has led large, multi-national and interagency organizations during multiple combat tours; these diverse teams were known for their innovative approaches and high performance.
