Kaushal is the Co-Founder of Atomus. While doing his undergraduate in Computer Science, Kaushal built a startup that garnered over 5000 students from over 28 colleges using a mobile application to find campus events. This key process of learning from the customer’s pain points and building technology to create impact inspired him. He went on to work for one of the biggest financial firms globally, Goldman Sachs, for over 2 years. He led a 3-member team to develop an external facing market survey application serving over 2000 institutional clients like JP Morgan, Citibank, and Morgan Stanley. During this time, Kaushal built his skills to build highly scalable and reliable global products with great engineering teams. While at Goldman Sachs, he built the first-ever closed-domain chatbot and published a research paper for one of the top conferences in the country. While a Master's Student, he developed highly complex justice systems for the Graduate School at the University of Southern California.
