Rick Myllenbeck serves as the Industry Engagement Advisor within the Office of the Component Acquisition Executive at NGA, where he oversees the agency’s interaction with technical commercial solution providers.

Dale Rainey is the Director for the Office of Small Business Programs for NGA. As the Director, Mr. Rainey is responsible for promoting the use of small, small disadvantaged, HUBZONE, women-owned (small), service disabled veteran owned businesses, historically black colleges / universities and minority institutions within NGA. Additionally, he is part of acquisition planning to ensure small businesses are provided an equitable opportunity for prime and subcontracting opportunities.
