In addition, participants will also learn how to understand the importance of diversity and how it can be used as an advantage to facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination by creating an environment of inclusive positivity within the workplace. Learning Objectives: 1 - Identify and discuss the origin of implicit bias. 2 - Uncover and discuss our own bias and how that can impact communication. 3 - Learn best practices in how to manage our own bias to effectively communicate.
