Keynote Session - stressLESS: The Emotional Path Towards Achieving Your Goals and Managing Stress

Kurt Faustin
The stressLESS Society, Founder

Kurt is a father, entrepreneur, coach, and success strategist that is bridging the gap between wellness and performance by focusing on emotional intelligence, goal setting and stress management. He has worked with outlets from Harvard University, Tufts Health Plan, United Way, and recently became a writer for Forbes’s website. He discovered his own philosophy and principles backed by science to improve performance while empowering one to make a permanent change within their mindset.

As the Founder of StressLESS Society, my goal is to help create a world where disenfranchised communities are dismantled by inspiring black and brown professionals to accomplish life-changing goals. Research has shown that stress, lack of soft skills, and poor emotional intelligence are key factors when evaluating productivity, communication, work ethic, health, decision-making, fulfillment, and mental-emotional wellbeing.

As a corporate trainer, keynote speaker, and coach, I guide clients through strategies to manage their overall wellness by eliminating mental barriers and reducing stress so they can ultimately increase their quality of life.

Since 2015, I have been leading workshops and programs that provide industry-first techniques for alleviating stress, increasing emotional intelligence, and reducing burnout to increase personal and professional productivity.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) competencies are at the heart of productivity and success. Today we use EI as an integrated set of skills that underpin highly effective and innovative organizations. In this session, you will learn and practice the EI skills that are the core of achieving personal awareness, connecting with others, managing stress, engaging healthy conflict.
