Louis McCurry: Enterprise Systems Architect, Southern Company
This session will recap a 5-year journey of moving from legacy "blind dinosaur" monitoring efforts to a modern infrastructure system that provides fault detection, performance management and deep integrations with industry standard ticketing and configuration management systems.
Karl Nicholson : CIO, Synaptek
This session will examine how Synaptek harnesses the power of Zenoss to identify root causes of complex infrastructure issues and then trigger automated responses to supercharge the speed of issue resolutions. Without Zenoss, engineers are required to interpret vast quantities of data to identify the cause of issues before they can determine and action resolutions, which can take many hours - or even days. By combining Zenoss AIOps with Synaptek's intelligent automation, the root cause is identified in just seconds with the powerful Zenoss platform and remediation is enacted automatically. Automation triggers actions to generate tickets, gather diagnostics and decide the best course of action.
Luke Lofgren : Infrastructure Architect, Axciom
Acxiom has a multi-year journey to create a cross-enterprise Service Status Dashboard in order to provide real-time health on almost 300 different business and infrastructure services. The session will review the array of design aspects needed for successful implementation. All events for the dashboard are processed through Zenoss Service Dynamics and service status is determined by Zenoss event processing. The design review will encompass concepts around the integration of Zenoss Impact service status in order to continue to simplify and leverage the expanding array of potential service status event sources. Many depend on dashboards to show you the status of services like AWS and Azure, this presentation will help you build one yourself.
Jake Butler : IS Manager - Enterprise Systems, Parkview Health
This session will explore the history of Parkview's monitoring solutions and how legacy solutions were not able to function in the manner Parkview needed for current needs and growing needs. The session will also explore the areas where Parkview and other modern healthcare systems are growing and how Zenoss will be able to ensure they maintain end to end monitoring in support of serving the needs of patients.
Jorge Zepeda-Godinez : CEO, Sopris
This session will offer unique insights on achieving full stack observability by leveraging Zenoss to attain new levels of business results and acceleration of enduser digital experiences.
Dave Gibson : Chief Strategy & Platform Officer, Adcom Solutions
This session will review ADCom's monitoring modernization decision process. It will cover the legacy solutions and migration to Zenoss. This includes an analysis of challenges the organization faced, how they were addressed, and the vision for the monitoring platform in the future.
Clay Roach : CEO, StreamWeaver
An AIOPS tool like Zenoss Cloud is only as powerful as the data it can use to help you avoid, detect, and recover from issues in your environment. In this session, Clay Roach from StreamWeaver will demonstrate the easiest way to reliably gather data from all of the other tools in your environment and get it into Zenoss Cloud - and show you what you can now do with all of this additional data. If your organization is using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Solarwinds, Oracle, or Microsoft 365 this session is for you.
Alex Lamont : Senior Product Manager, Zenoss

There has been a seismic shift in how people work, and in turn, consume products & services. Are organizations prepared to take advantage of it? See how Zenoss provides deep observability into your infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure they are operating at their peaks.
