Jake Hawley is the founder and CEO of TLM Partners Inc. which provides Professional Services and Licensed technologies for the Video Game and Entertainment industry. He founded and built TLM Partners with an intent on changing the development of video games and enabling anyone with talent to participate in the evolution. This has to lead TLM to be a go to co-development partner in console development, cross-play technology, as well as full-cycle development and technology creation. TLM’s current customers include 2K Games, Warner Bros Interactive, Activision, Turtle Rock, and RIOT Games.
Previously, Mr. Hawley has also served as a Licensing Executive for LOT Network, a Senior Director of Technology and Business Development at Intellectual Ventures, and COO of Blind Squirrel Entertainment, where he delivered 6 of the top 10 Steam Games of 2016. He left his role as the World Wide Director & Head of Technology for Take Two Interactive where for over 7 years, he drove the technology strategy for some of the top gaming franchises. While serving in his role, he lead industry initiatives with Microsoft, Sony, Valve Software, and Epic Games.
Since the start of his career in the 90’s his career focus has been in the development of disruptive technology & intellectual property in and around the Simulation, Video Games, Software, FinTech, Entertainment, and Consumer Electronics industries Some of his early career highlights include leading the architecture on Sound Blaster PCI, early entry into Linux, founding member of OpenAL, and authoring contributor to specifications such as AC-97, PCI, USB, and others.
Mr. Hawley's past positions include: Enterprise Architect at Microsoft; Co-Founder and CEO of TKO Software; Sr. Vice President of Engineering for ASML; Vice President of Engineering for Celoxica; Director of Engineering at Creative Labs.

Previously an executive at Wargaming and Room 8 Studio, she is currently a CEO, Founder at Devoted studios, production company, that manages external game development on a global scale with a network of 1400+ talent. Ninel is also a host at Devoted Speakeasy, a video podcast which aims to help video game professionals share their knowledge and learn from each other.
