Nathan Sundheimer
Plug and Play Cleveland, Program & Operations Manager

Nathan is the Program & Operations Manager, Health at Plug and Play Cleveland. In his role, Nathan serves as the connective tissue that connects startups, investors, and corporations in the healthcare innovation ecosystem. Primarily, he runs the twice a year accelerator program that provides a myriad of growth and investment opportunities for startups selected to participate in the program. 

He also currently serves as a startup mentor for KidsX, XLerateHealth, and FedTech’s NASA program. Prior to Plug and Play, Nathan worked across Cleveland’s healthcare landscape through roles at Cleveland Clinic Ventures, BioEnterprise, and G2G Consulting. Nathan has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Jennifer Thomas
Plug and Play Cleveland, Managing Director

Jennifer is Managing Director of Plug and Play Cleveland, an innovation platform that connects the world’s best startups to national and global corporations to help them to bring technologies to market faster. In her role, she is building a strategy with a focus on healthcare, IOT and New Materials, which includes a twice a year accelerator program that assists global startups in connecting with corporate customers and developing their ventures to the next level. 

In addition, Plug and Play Cleveland aims to enhance the startup ecosystems in the Ohio and Midwest region. Prior to that, Jennifer launched and was director of xLab, an initiative of The Weatherhead School of Management to guide legacy companies along their digital innovation journey. Before that, Jennifer was chief strategy officer of DigitalC, an organization that enhanced professional technology and data fluency across the community, increasing the workforce's digital and data literacy skills. Jennifer has an MBA from New York University.

Julianne Roseman
Plug and Play, Ventures Associate

Julianne is the Ventures Associate for Health at Plug and Play, a global innovation platform that includes venture capital, accelerator programs, and corporate innovation. 

Her background has been focused on seed stage venture investing and developing strategic partnerships in both for-profit and non-profit settings. Her experience includes working with hospital systems, pharmaceutical companies, academia, and other accelerator organizations. She has worked with many first-time entrepreneurs and developed resources to support their success.
