A SAG-eligible actor, he has written and directed more than 150 productions and is the co-creator and director of “Celtic Fyre”, three-time winner of the USA Today Best Theme Park Show Award. Phil worked for 15 years as a creative director, event concept designer, and producer for Busch Gardens Williamsburg, developing and designing attractions, shows, and immersive experiences. He has 8 years of large scale event design development and implementation experience. His creation and design of haunted attractions for Howl-O-Scream ranks consistently in the top 10 of theme park Halloween events. He was part of the inaugural design and creative team for ChristmasTown, developing shows and experiences that continue to make memories for guests and drive increased revenue year after year. Phil has led teams of up to 50 and overseen multi-million dollar budgets, delivering on-time and on-budget strategic entertainment initiatives that excel in consumer satisfaction. His unique combination of social media influencer skills, leadership, and entertainment brand experience allow him to create product that can speak to the consumer and tell a story that will go beyond the moment of the event. He currently serves on the Entertainment sub-committee for IAAPA.
