Andreas Katsambas
BMG, Executive VP (Latin America & Canada)

Andreas Katsambas joined BMG in 2017 following BMG’s acquisition of his record label “The End Records”. He previously served as BMG’s SVP Global Recordings in the US, where he was responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns for successful releases from Morrissey, The Cranberries, Marianne Faithfull, Lenny Kravitz, Dido, Kylie Minogue, Perry Farrell, and Lil Dicky, among others. BMG said he has been “instrumental” in developing international collaborations between US and international territories in both the UK and Continental Europe, as well as helping to create/define an infrastructure for the firm’s global recordings in the US. His current role as EVP, overseeing Latin America and Canada regions, he is tasked with leading BMG’s strategic efforts, business development, and the set-up of further infrastructure to support its recorded music releases.

Jazmine Gandhi
Mad Decent, Operations Coordinator

Jazmine Gandhi has been a part of the music industry for the past 4 years with multiple internships and career opportunities primarily in the Electronic Dance Music sector. Starting out her internship journey as a sophomore in college at Dim Mak Records, the knowledge she gained there propelled her to pursue internships in the marketing and management division of the music industry. After graduating from Mount St. Mary’s University she jumped back into the record label industry at Create Music Group as a Distribution Intern, and was then offered a full-time position as a Distribution Coordinator. After gaining a more in-depth look into the operations side of the record label industry, she currently works at Mad Decent as Operations Coordinator.
